Revised bus fares in Plymouth January 2025

From Thursday 2nd January 2025 there will be changes to fares on the Plymouth Citybus network.  

Plymouth Singles and Returns 

Plymouth Citybus will continue to take part in the Governments national bus fare cap scheme, which will rise to £3 from January 2025. All single trips will be capped at £3.

All returns are double the single fare, capped at £6 for adults and £5.50 for children.  

Plymouth Kid Add-On  

After 7 years being charged at £1.50, the ‘Kid Add-On’ tickets will increase to £2.  

Plymouth Season Tickets  

Plymouth day tickets will increase by £1, with weekly tickets increasing by £4. There will be no change to Plymouth Schools tickets. 

Plymouth Plus tickets  

Tickets allowing travel across all Plymouth Citybus and Go Cornwall Bus services will go up for the first time since 2019.
