Child verification goes live on Sunday 2nd August!

From Sunday 2nd August, child tickets purchased on our app must now be verified. You can do this any time before you need a ticket. We recommend getting verified asap as it can take up to 48 hours to register.

How does verification work?

To activate a child ticket, the user must be verified. When viewing tickets available to purchase, those that require you to be verified are highlighted by an orange banner stating, ‘Verification Required’. To verify a person's age, you can use the following ID examples: birth certificate, passport, citizen card.

The verification is normally completed within 48 hours, but at busier times, may take longer.

The good news is this is a one-off check – once verified, you can generally continue buying child tickets without needing to do it again.
