Bus Access Day brings customers and teams together in Plymouth

Our teams joined customers in Plymouth today for Bus Access Day, an event focused on making bus travel easier, more accessible, and more confident for everyone.

The day gave people the chance to meet our team, ask questions, and find out more about travelling by bus. Customers were able to practise boarding with a mobility scooter, helping build confidence and familiarity with using our services.

We were also joined by younger visitors who enjoyed seeing our buses in the city centre and learning more about how bus travel works. Alongside them, guide dogs in training took part as they continued developing their confidence travelling on public transport.

The event was a great opportunity to listen to customers, share information, and highlight the ways we can help make journeys more comfortable and accessible.
