Folifest is back this summer!
Folifest, popular family-friendly fun day and music festival is on Saturday 22nd July. What better way to celebrate the start of the summer holidays than with live music in the sun, good food and perhaps a spot of face-painting for the little ones. Each year, three neighbouring pubs at the heart of Tamerton Foliot’s friendly community, host a day of family fun in aid of a local charity – this year it’s Jeremiah’s Journey. The Queen’s Arms, The Seven Stars Inn and The King's Arms open their outdoor spaces to local bands and stall holders that add a real buzz and festival atmosphere to the area. The entrance is free and there’s a choice of two stages with a packed line-up, including: Weapons of Sound, The Busketers and The Outlanders to tap your foot to.
Enjoy the atmosphere and travel with us to save yourself a parking headache. The 42A bus stops right outside the King's Arms and Queens Arms pubs and with the last departure after 11pm, you can rock out to all the bands and catch their encores too!
