Bus Drivers Required
Do you want to be paid whilst training? Whether you want a new career or are an enthusiastic, customer-oriented PSV licence holder, then we want to hear from you. Go Southwest welcomes applications from people of all backgrounds regardless of race, gender, neurodiversity, qualification level etc. Experience in driving-oriented work and customer focused roles is valued but not essential.
In uncertain times we can offer stability and job security, and we invest in you and your training (worth around £5K). During training we will ensure your progress is treated with integrity and a can-do attitude. We offer 121 training with our driving instructors, who you will be paired with to best suit your learning style.
You will need to be able to foster our company visions and values which include being approachable, trustworthy and eager to learn with a level-headed attitude. The right candidate will be able to understand their own potential and be prepared to use initiative. During your driving role your number one priority will be safety.

- £13.02 an hour salary once qualified (due to rise to £13.42ph from 29th November 2022)
