Roadworks in Stoke are due to start today (26th February). Long delays are expected in the area. The roadworks are taking place between the traffic lights at the top of Milehouse Road and the junction with Ford Hill/Molesworth Road.
The roadworks will be in place for up to six weeks.
If you are travelling on services 34, 70 or 75 please allow extra time for your journey and plan accordingly.
We will monitor services today (26th February) and take relevant action, if required, to try and maintain a reliable timetable. Any changes will be announced on our website.
Due to the roadworks, we will attempt to maintain the connection between the 70 and 75 at the Torpoint Ferry but we cannot guarantee this. Again, we advise you to allow additional time to make the connection.
To mitigate losing any time on school services, we have rerouted all school buses from DHSB. Buses will be diverted along Stuart Road and Alma Road, where they will re-join the usual route along Outland Road. If any students have an issue with the change of route, please let the school know and we will work to find a solution.
