Here at Plymouth Citybus, we are excited to announce our Passenger Panel scheme, to help you to help us improve our services.
We want to get our passengers talking and find out what we can do to improve the way we work here at Plymouth Citybus.

The reason why I am setting up the panel is to give our loyal passengers another opportunity to provide regular feedback on our services. It is very important for me to understand how the changes we make affect you on a daily basis. We pride ourselves on listening to the feedback given to us and we try to tailor our network to serve the residence of Plymouth & East Cornwall in the best way possible.
If you become part of the panel, we will provide you with an email address for you to keep in regular contact and you will also be able to tweet us. We will also provide you the opportunity to meet us face to face at the bus depot and we will also give you a comprehensive tour of the our site at Milehouse to show you how we run our business.
If you are interested in joining the panel please email us at email@example.com. We would like you to tell us a bit about yourselves, what activities you attend using the bus, what your regular journey is and some feedback of your experiences. We will also talk to you in advance of any changes we make and give you the opportunity to give us constructive feedback.
If you are successful in becoming part of the panel you will also receive a complementary one month bus ticket for you to be able to explore our network and feedback on your experiences.
