Please note that between the hours of 11.00 and 13.00 on 15th May 2018, the key web portal (https://plymouthbus.thekey.co.uk/smart-card/) will be down for scheduled maintenance.
During these times you will unfortunately not be able to log in to your online key account. Your 'the key' card will continue to function throughout the downtime - the maintenance will only affect access to view or top up your card via the website.
