Upgrades to The Key: outage on Wednesday 14th August
Please be aware that we will be upgrading the system behind the Key product on Wednesday 14th August between the hours of 07:00 and 12:00. As a result, customers will not be able to access the online portal to top up during these times. There will also be no telephone top ups, or assistance for the product available throughout the outage time, as we will have no access to this network.
We advise customers to top up in advance of this planned outage, or to wait until the work has been completed.
