Our new-look Customer Experience team wants to meet you!
From 18th April, we're getting out and about in the community with regular Customer Experience Matters events across our network. This gives you the opportunity to meet our Customer Experience team face-to-face and have your say. Our first will be to the north of Plymouth, in Southway.
On Thursday 18th April 2019, between 10am and 12.30pm, our team will be at Southway Shops. We're here to listen to your views, give you information and answer any questions you might have about our services - whether you're a regular bus user, or simply want to find out more - we're here to listen and help.
