Join Our Events Team at Boardmasters 2025!

Are you ready to be part of one of the UK’s most exciting events of the year? We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and energetic individuals to join our Events Team at Boardmasters 2025, running from 6th to 11th August.

What We Offer:

• 💷Pay: Competitive hourly rate of £12.50 per hour
• ⚡Work Environment: Fast-paced, energetic, and outdoors — with the ever-changing Cornish weather keeping things interesting!
• ⏱️Shifts: Between 8–14 hours per day, depending on operational needs

Work Locations (Please note not within the main festival site):

• Newquay Bus Station
• Newquay Railway Station/Great Western Hotel
• Watergate Bay Site

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting passengers on and off buses safely
• Recording passenger loadings accurately
• Delivering excellent customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude

What We’re Looking For:

• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Physically able to assist with lifting bags up to 25KG
• Flexible and prepared for all weather conditions
• Own transport is essential for commuting to and from Newquay
