Lost Property
Any lost property handed to us is kept for 28 days after this time it is disposed of.
Items that our staff consider to be perishable or hazardous is disposed of almost straight away.
Any monies are removed from contents (Any monies returned is done in the form of a cheque which takes around 10 working days).
You are strongly advised to contact your card issuer and cancel all cards as soon as you are aware that they are missing.
After 28 days any credit/debit cards are cut and disposed with unclaimed ENCTS cards sent to the City Council.
Please allow 1 working day before making enquiries about lost property. This would provide us with enough time for any property found to reach our travel centre.
There is a £1 charge for claiming lost property. This goes to a charity nominated by our Travel Centre staff.
