CityCoach Conditions of Service
1. The company reserves the right to cancel or vary advertised tours as a result of circumstances beyond our control, including insufficient bookings and poor weather conditions. A full refund is available if the tour is cancelled by the company.
2. To obtain a refund on tours, cancellation must be more than six weeks in advance of the tour taking place. If the cancellation is made inside of six weeks, a refund can only be made if the seats can be re-sold. If you are in possession of travel insurance and you cancel within six weeks of departure, you will need to make a claim through your insurance company. In ALL instances a minimum 10% deposit (rounded to the nearest £5) is non-refundable; if we have booked and paid for theatre or attraction tickets in advance then your ticket deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to re-sell your place.
3. If a customer cancels a day trip booking with more than seven days notice, a full refund is available, except if attraction tickets are booked and paid for in advance. If cancellation is made inside of seven days, a refund can only be issued if the seats can be resold. Refunds cannot be given for cancellations of less than twenty four hours or failure to turn up at the advertised departure point at the correct time.
4. For the convenience of customers ALL Citycoach tours are non-smoking throughout the coach.
5. The Company reserves the right to refuse entry to the coach or any attraction which is part of the tour to anyone at anytime throughout the trip if they act in an unreasonable manner for the benefit of the majority travelling.
6. Admission charges are included unless specifically mentioned in our publicity.
7. CUSTOMER SERVICES - Every effort is made to provide the highest possible standard at all times. 8. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused by any delay in the running of any tour or the alteration in any manner or by the cancellation of any tour. In the event of the cancellation of any tour the company will where possible give 6 weeks notice to the customer. However, in circumstances where a tour is only 1 or 2 bookings short of being able to operate, the company may be able to negotiate an extension with the hotel concerned. If sufficient bookings do not then materialise by the deadline for the tour to go ahead, cancellation will result only 2 or 3 weeks prior to departure.
