On Tuesday 17th January 2012, a road closure is due to take place on Royal Parade for Anti Skid works to be carried out.
The Debenhams side A7 to A19 will be closed from 23:45, so any service inbound to the city that is due to terminate on Royal Parade after this time will instead drop off at the Halifax on Derry’s Cross before returning to the depot via Western Approach.
The Guildhall side A1 to A5 will be closed from 21:00.
Service 26/B will terminate and start their trips from Stop A6 on Derry’s
Cross Roundabout (36 bus stop).
Service 29 and 43 will terminate at the Halifax bus stop on Derry’s Cross roundabout, and depart from the Toys R Us bus stop.
Services inbound to the city via Exeter Street Viaduct after 21:00 will instead run via Charles Street, Mayflower Street and Western Approach to Royal Parade.
Work will also be carried out at the Debenhams side of Royal Parade near the centre pedestrian crossing on 18th January 2012, but access for buses will be maintained at all times.
