Sylvia Bird is the marketing manager at Plymouth Citybus and is fondly known as 'Citybus Sylv' by business colleagues in Plymouth. She has worked with Dennis Dart and his friends for many years and they have become an extended family to her.
Dennis thinks Citybus Sylv is the kindest and most beautiful lady in the whole world!
'Dennis Dart' was an idea she had sometime ago, and she transformed the original idea into a series of books to help and assist young children.
